Hypnotherapy?

Hypnotherapy is the use of hypnosis together with a number of cognitive techniques, tailored to assist clients to achieve their desired outcomes.

It is considered a rapid or brief approach to therapy and does not normally require delving deeply into the past, but aims to work on the things that cause issues to persist, making changes to the thoughts, emotions, behaviors and patterns we have now.

Hypnosis enables us to induce and access resourceful states of mind and heightened levels of focus and absorption, giving access to directly influence and engage with parts of ourselves that are normally outside of awareness.

So many things we do on a day-to-day basis are manged and performed by these unconscious, out-of-awareness processes. This includes our many bodily processes such as breathing and digesting, but also all the things we have learnt to do well that we no longer have to think about e.g. walking, reading, driving, playing an instrument. Hypnotherapy aims to resolve issues by influencing the mind at this level, allowing us to make changes where conscious effort and willpower are ineffective.

About Me

I am Andrew Craig, hypnotherapist and coach. I am dedicated to supporting people all over the world to break free from habitual thinking and behaviour that no longer serves them.

Having seen amazing changes in others and personally overcome significant challenges, to transform my own mind and life, I am confident and passionate about the power of the human mind and the tools and techniques I been fortunate to learn.

My mission is to empower the people I work with, individually and in groups, by helping them recognise the power of their own mind and inner resources, and giving them the tools and techniques they need to tap in and continue to create the life and happiness they want.
